On December 9th, the Malta School of Art ignited a creative spark in the minds of young artists. Approximately 70 students from the Malta Visual and Performing Arts (MVPA) school were immersed in a series of dynamic workshops led by renowned artists and educators.
Students delved into the world of printmaking with Lino Borg, Jesmond Vassallo, and George Mario Attard, utilizing the school’s historic printing machines. They also explored sculpture with Matthew Pandolfino, crafting miniature masterpieces from recycled materials. In addition, Sephora Borg, Leanne Lewis, and Anastasia Pace guided students in using Adobe Express and a green screen to produce captivating media projects.
These hands-on experiences provided students with invaluable insights and practical skills, fostering creativity and artistic expression.
