Terms and Conditions

Please note that

Courses may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the Administration.

Once your registration is accepted, you will need to follow the regulations issued by the Malta school of Art. 
• Applicants can only apply for only one course/level in a particular subject 
• Failure to comply with these rules could lead to you being asked to discontinue a course without the right for you to receive a refund of the payment for your registration.
• Anyone who is found attending a course without having paid will be asked to leave, even if the participant is then ready to pay for the course.
• The College Principal does not assume responsibility if an educator terminates his/her service.  The College Principal will, however, take all the necessary measures needed to secure a replacement as soon as possible.
• Unless otherwise indicated, participants are reminded that the lessons will be delivered in Maltese or English.
• Every effort will be made to give precise information about each course; however, The College Principal is not responsible for any mistakes or missing information.
• The College Principal reserves the right to make changes to the timetables depending on the number of applicants.
